He's happy. The only other time he's ever been this happy before was when he first put on his Robin suit, which is in a bag that he takes down from the overhead compartment as he makes his way off the plane, heading over to the area where he knows Barry must be waiting for him. ]

Not because he and Jason haven't been able to see each other prior to this trip β Barry always zips over whenever Jason wants to see him or has some free time β but because Jason is coming to visit him this time. In Central City. His home.
Fingers are tapping anxiously at the side of his leg as he stands there with others waiting for family, friends, and loved ones. Anxious because this is the first time (to his knowledge) that Jason has been here to Central City and, also, because it's the other's birthdayβ his boyfriend's birthday and he wants everything to go smooth for him and be a good time for once.
So when he spots Jason? He smiles like sunshine and waves to him, making his way over to meet him halfway, a little spring in his step as he goes. ]
[ It definitely feels different with Jason coming here. It's always a good thing when Barry comes to Gotham and they get to see each other, but this feels different now. Special. And not just cause it's Jason's birthday. In fact, that's the part he wants to think about the least... but maybe it'll be alright with Barry. He's willing to give it a chance.
Hell, if Barry is willing to give him a chance, then he can do it too.
This whole thing feels so surreal to Jason because he never thought anything like this would ever happen to him... could ever happen to him. Not to a person like him, with the shit that's happened before this. Like, how could he even deserve all of this? He asks himself that every time he puts the Robin suit on too, though. He'll never get over how randomly this connection with Barry came about, and how fucking fantastic it turned out to be.
So fucking fantastic, especially when he sees Barry standing there waving at him with the biggest smile on his face. He really loves that smile. He loves a lot of things about this... but it's too soon for that.
Jason moves past everyone else to get to his boyfriend faster, stopping right in front of him. His hands move to grab at Barry's shirt to pull him in a little closer, but stops himself before he can lean in to kiss him, because they've never just been out in public before and he doesn't want to cross any lines. ]
[ As much as part of him would love nothing more than to be swept up in the euphoria of a kiss in an airport, this is all still new to them and, obviously, they're not exactly public about anything of this. About them. Not that he finds there to be anything wrong with it, but... they both have "alter egos" that they carry with them, mostly during the nights. If anyone were to figure out who they were and what they meant to each other, it could prove to be troublesome in ways that could possibly harm either of them.

So he takes that pull with a warm little hum on his lips and smiles, resisting the urge to smooth his hands up those arms and wrap him up in a tight embrace. Instead, he wears that bright sunshine smile for Jason and only Jason, biting his bottom lip before he huffs a soft laugh. ]

[ With a wink, he gives Jason's arm a squeeze before he pulls back. ]
You got all your stuff? I actually rented a car for once. Didn't think you'd fit on the back of my bike... because it's a bicycle and not like β yeah.
